PRESS RELEASE: Shōnen Concert Featuring ‘Naruto’ and ‘Bleach’ Music

NEW YORK, NY – August 12, 2016 – iconiQ The Soundtrack Orchestra (iTSO) opens it’s 2016-17 performing season with Kick-@ss Music, a tribute to shōnen anime, Friday, October 7, 7:30pm at The DiMenna Center for Classical Music.

A rock-orchestral fusion concert, “Kick-@ss Music” will feature live music from popular action anime series such as Astro Boy, Lupin the Third, Dragonball Z, Naruto, One Punch Man, and Saint Seiya. The 17-piece chamber orchestra will also honor the end of the Tite Kubo’s Bleach with a special performance of Shiro Sagisu’s score for the series’ “Arrancar” arc.

“Kick-@ss Music” will be held at Mary Flagler Cary Hall inside The DiMenna Center for Classical Music located at 450 W 37th St, New York, NY on Friday, October 7. Doors open at 7pm.
